Our dough is made with imported Italian 00 flour, fermented for 24 hours, and blast-chilled to lock in that signature Neapolitan texture, crispy, airy, and full of flavor. Every pizza is a bold, restaurant-quality experience made to enjoy at home in under 10 minutes.

pi00a (pronounced pie-oh-ah) is a play on the word “pizza,” swapping the “zz” for “00” which is the premium, imported Italian flour that’s the foundation of our crust. It’s a simple name with a clear message: great pizza starts with great flour.
