By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Estimated Ship Date: Pre-orders are not in stock at the time of purchase. Your order will ship on or around the estimated release date listed on the product page. Estimated dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.


Return & Refund Policy – Perishable Items

Because pi00a pizzas are a perishable, handcrafted product, we take great care in how they are packaged and shipped to preserve quality and safety. To further protect your order, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

Shipping Protection (Opt In)
If you select Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered for lost, stolen, and damaged packages from checkout to delivery. Coverage includes:

  • Swift Issue Resolution – Claims are handled within 24 hours, no long wait times or complicated processes.
  • 24/7 Claim Support – Submit a claim anytime through our online claims portal.

To file a claim, visit our claims portal and submit your request along with any required documentation.

Orders Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, pi00a is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or loss that occurs during transit. By opting out, customers accept full responsibility for the risks associated with shipping perishable goods, including but not limited to delays, temperature exposure, and handling by third party carriers.

General Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of pizzas that have been delivered in acceptable condition. All sales are final unless the order qualifies under the Shipping Protection terms above.

Return & Refund Policy – Merchandise

All merchandise is limited edition and therefore all merch sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any merchandise purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue and we will review your case and work with you on a resolution.
