Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for items that are sent back without a reported issue.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, incorrect, or with any quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly review your case and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please do not return any food products without first contacting our customer support team, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
