When Will My Order Arrive?

We ship every Monday through Wednesday to ensure your pizzas stay frozen and avoid weekend carrier delays. If your order can arrive by Friday, we may also ship on Thursday.

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 1–3 days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package is on its way.

How to Enjoy

Preheat oven to 475°F

Step 2:

Remove pizza from all packaging and place pizza on a tray in the middle rack of the oven.

Step 3:

Bake for 5-10 minutes or until toppings start bubbling and the center of the pizza feels hot

No, this bundle includes one of each signature flavor so you can try them all.
What size are the pizzas?

Our frozen pizzas are 10" personal-sized pizzas, and they're typically best sliced into 4 slices.
Are the pizzas shipped frozen?

Yes, all frozen pizza orders are shipped with dry ice to keep them frozen during transit. Please do not touch the dry ice with bare hands. It will naturally dissipate over time, after which the packaging can be safely discarded. Each pizza is sealed for freshness and shipped with insulated packaging.
How do I store the pizzas once they arrive?

Keep them in your freezer at or below 0°F until you’re ready to bake.
Do I need to thaw before baking?

No, for best results bake directly from frozen.
What is the shelf life?

Our frozen pizzas have a shelf life of 365 days. The best-by date is listed on the back of the packaging.
Are your frozen pizzas gluten-free?

Currently, our frozen pizzas are not gluten-free. However, we are always looking for ways to expand our offerings, so it's possible that gluten-free options may be available in the future.
Do you use any preservatives?

No, our pizzas are made with clean, quality ingredients and no artificial preservatives.
Are these pizzas suitable for vegetarians?

Three of our four flavors are vegetarian-friendly. The Soppressata contains cured Italian salami.
What size are the pizzas?

Each Neapolitan pizza is approximately 10 inches, perfect for a personal pizza or sharing as part of a meal.
Can I send this bundle as a gift?

Yes, you can! Simply select the gift option at checkout, and we’ll include a personalized note. Please ensure that the recipient will be home to receive the gift, as the frozen pizzas need to be stored in the freezer right away. If the recipient won't be available, kindly contact us as soon as possible so we can hold the shipment and send it on a date that works best for them.
Where do you ship?

We ship our frozen pizzas to 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). All orders are shipped via 1-3 day ground shipping. To avoid any delays, we ship Monday through Wednesday. If your order is scheduled to arrive by Friday, we can also ship it out on Thursday, but please make sure someone will be available to receive it. If you won’t be available to receive your order at any point, please contact us ahead of time, before shipment, so we can hold the order and avoid spoilage.
Can Spicy Chili Crunch ship with frozen pizzas?

Not at the moment. Since we use dry ice to ship our frozen pizzas, we can't include the glass jar of Spicy Chili Crunch in the same shipment to avoid breakage.
